Services & Resources

Services include but are not limited to:

-Conduct monthly eligibility checks and imports
-Call DHS as necessary to obtain MA numbers for MNIT’s eligibility errors
-Track all private insurance claims and obtain denials if needed
-Submit and reconcile all claims on behalf of the district
-Contact providers or administrators for claims that require additional attention
-Review RA and rebill denies if possible
-Provide monthly billing updates
-Assist providers with the proper support
-Request any necessary rates
-Manage/analyze and submit rate adjustment requests
-Assist with audits
-Assist with the completion of any third-party reimbursement forms required by the MHCP (i.e. re-enrollment, IEP data reporting forms, DHS change forms)
-Ensure that the district remains compliant and that the program stays within the confines of the MNHCP
-Keep district up to speed with all MDE and DHS changes and updates
-Manage MNIT’s site
-Provide the district with documents required for third party billing procedures
-Provide web-based and mobile application to track and document PCA and transportation services
-Special projects as needed**
